Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Items must be returned in the original packaging.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on undergarments, bodysuits, or final sale items.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to product availability.
Simply contact us and we’ll guide you through the process — we’ll handle the rest!
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@glifitwear.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

We’ll provide a return label and instructions.

Send the item(s) back using the provided label.

Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please reach out within 48 hours so we can make it right.
